Purpose of the register
The collected personal data is used for fulfilling orders and for maintaining and developing the customer relationship.
Legal basis for the collection and processing of data
Customer data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent or for the purpose of performing a contract concluded with the customer.

- The performance of a contract
- The legitimate interest of the data controller (customer relationship management and service development)

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract with the customer or to develop customer service.

Rights of the data subject

A written and signed request for access must be sent by email to the person responsible for registry matters. The data controller will respond to requests without undue delay, and no later than within 30 days.
The data subject has the right to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data, or the transfer of data from one system to another. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
The data subject has the right to withdraw any consent previously given for the processing of their data or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of their personal data.
The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
